Lidomic 2% 100 ml
Powerful and effective anesthetic, injectable. To cause local, regional, or infiltrative anesthesia, injecting it into the place, region or area in which you want to achieve the effect; for localized procedures (wounds, sutures, castrations, etc.), or regional procedures through epidural or infiltrative administration. I/V is also used for the treatment of some cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular origin, diagnosed and monitored during administration by ECG.
Dose:
Dose: 1 to 4 mg/Kg. for local anesthesia.
The dosage is at the discretion of the acting professional.
For the treatment of arrhythmias of ventricular origin: in canines 2 to 4 mg/Kg. pv I/V. as an initial dose, then by constant infusion of 20 to 80 mg/Kg. per minute, with ECG monitoring it will be determined if it is sufficient, or if another type of antiarrhythmic is needed.
In felines 0.5 mg/Kg. pv I/V., (in the latter the dose is equivalent to a quarter of that of canines, since felines are much more susceptible to the effects of the drug).
