It is a liver tonic given in cases of liver failure in dogs and cats - dogs are given 4 ml for youngsters and 8 ml for dogs between 15 kg and 30 kg and over 30 kg given 12 ml twice a day and for cats under 5 kg 2 ml and above 5 kg 4 ml three times a day
