"Water-soluble formula for pigeons with alkalizing substances and glucose

One of the effects of excessive muscle metabolism is metabolic acidosis. The one responsible for it is lactic acid – a product of anaerobic digestion of glucose. Lactic acid lowers muscle pH level and in short time muscles become tired. Alkalizing substances are given to shorten the time of lactic acid oxidation. Alcalic is a water-soluble complementary feed for pigeons, with alkalizing substances and glucose. These components make it easier to restore the fluid and electrolyte balance as well as the acid-base homeostasis in homing pigeons.

Instructions for use
1g per 1 liter of water, that is 1 measuring cup per 4,5 liters of water
The formula can also be applied during moulting and winter break in the same proportions.
